Elizabeth Wellington

Elizabeth Wellington is a long-time lifestyle columnist and reporter for The Philadelphia Inquirer where she writes about race, gender, fashion, pop culture and wellness. She has won awards from the National Association of Black Journalists, Keystone Press, and most recently the Society of Professional Journalists. Her work has also appeared in Ebony and Medium. She has a degree in journalism from New York University and is originally from Queens, New York. Elizabeth’s loves: cheese, wine, yoga and sushi. She’s working on her first novel and spends all of her extra money on her niece’s skincare obsession.
