Florencia Tuchin
Florencia Tuchin is a journalist specializing in sustainability, human development, and solutions journalism. Tuchin has a Master's Degree in Economic Sociology from the Universidad Nacional de San Martín. She is the founder of Otra Economía, a digital magazine aimed at disseminating research on economics, social movements, and society. Tuchin's work has been published in a variety of outlets including El País, Revista Haz, Forbes, National Geographic, El Cronista, RED/ACCION, La Nación, Perfil, and iProfesional. Tuchin received the first Accenture Journalism Award in Innovation in 2021 and the first prize in Social Solidarity through the Adepa Journalism Awards in 2019. She has participated in multiple fellowship programs, including a program through the International Women Journalists Foundation (2019) and the International Visitor Leadership Program, an exchange program of the U.S. Department of State (2022).
