Nitsan Yasur

Nitsan Yasur is a data analyst, and open-source intelligence (OSINT) and social network analysis expert. He is the co-founder and previous research manager of FakeReporter, an impact-driven initiative leading a civil effort against disinformation and malicious activities online. These days, he is involved in a few research projects countering dis- and misinformation and foreign interference in Israel as part of the Israeli Internet Association investigative group. Yasur is also a student in the prestigious master's program for democracy studies at the Open University of Israel. He has been involved in investigative work with Alimut, an NGO that seeks to counter violence against protesters and Civil Election Guard, which investigates irregularities and fraud in the election process.
