Renata Salvini
I’ve always been an “intrapreneur,” working for companies (big and small) but thinking like they were my own and learning to appreciate the beauty in making everything right the first time. This led me to my passion: supporting others to shine at their best and making processes easier and smarter so projects run smoothly from beginning to end.
I joined ICFJ to work on the Digital Path for Entrepreneurship Program, bringing together U.S and Latin American journalists. As a former exchange student in Louisiana, I know how powerful and transformational an exchange program like this can be.
My background: I have more than 15 years of experience in project management, working with innovation projects, startups and customer service training, in Brazilian companies such as TV Globo and Estácio University. I am fluent in Portuguese and English.
I’m from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I have a degree in business administration from Candido Mendes University and an MBA in project management from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
