Rosanna Lorena Salcedo Saltos
I am a young entrepreneur and an outstanding alumna of both the renowned Honors College at Miami Dade College and the prestigious Harriet L. Wilkes Honors College of Florida Atlantic University. I am proudly a successful graduate of the full-time international master’s in business administration program at Florida International University. After having worked for almost a year as a financial analyst at a Fortune 500 company in Miami, Florida, in 2013, I moved back to my hometown Quevedo where I have always promoted community involvement from my entrepreneurship platform. I owned a Subway franchise and other two food establishments while also serving as a college professor for over a year at a private university in Quevedo. During my time as a college professor, I had the privilege of publishing an article in a scientific journal and, also, publishing a motivational memoir dedicated to young successful entrepreneurs like myself of which I sold over 700 copies. I am currently interested in devoting my time to developing both my importation business and my radio while establishing the latter as one of the leading, most-listened-to radios in the country. I plan on using my experience in the program and applying my new set of skills by creating a digital application for our radio which will allow our listeners to engage with our transmission wherever they are located through a computer, mobile device, or tablet. On a personal note, I enjoy elaborating written content such as articles and publications on different topics, especially those pertaining to quality living and wellness in general which are my personal interests as a Health Coach.
