Shamar Blunt

Shamar Blunt is a multimedia journalist based in Barbados. He currently works at Barbados TODAY, where his areas of expertise are photojournalism and video storytelling. He has eight years of experience working in journalism, covering areas to include main news stories, special focus features, video issues, promotional productions and more.

Blunt strives to tell compelling narratives that will engage his audience. He has collaborated on projects with media companies and a variety of other institutions, including the Barbados Independent Film Festival, the Barbados Public Workers' Co-operative Credit Union Limited and the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Barbados.
