2017 Photo Auction

To honor outstanding photojournalism and to support our programs, the International Center for Journalists invites you to participate in our 2017 photo auction called Reflections on American Unity. This exhibit features 15 signed and framed images of U.S. life from the critically acclaimed photojournalist Brooks Kraft, who has covered six presidential campaigns.

At a time of increasing division in the United States, the photos highlight our shared values. Kraft captures President Obama’s embrace of Presidents Bush and Clinton, as well as citizens honoring their flag and memorializing their bravest. He focuses his lens on the Chief Justice John Roberts greeted by his young son in front of the Supreme Court, and he shines a light on visitors paying homage to the great unifier Abraham Lincoln. As a group, these photographs remind us, powerfully, of what we have in common.
